Were on the hunt for an experienced Horticulturist to join our high-end residential garden maintenance team. Based on the stunning Mornington Peninsula youll work in some of the regions most beautiful private gardens nurturing them with care precision and pride.

From plant heath to turf care your focus in this role will be on detail quality and continual improvement. Youll enjoy the rewards of watching beautiful gardens establish and thrive under your care. Youll be working closely with our tight-knit maintenance crew to deliver standout results for our loyal clients.
As part of this dynamic role youll be:
- Assisting the lead gardener with day-to-day operations
- Completing tasks and ensuring high-quality work
- Helping shape and improve some of the best gardens in the region.

What Youll Need:
- Cert II in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (preferred but not essential)
- The ability to present well and represent Smart Landscapes name at our clients properties.
- A passion for plants gardens and high standards
- An eye for detail
- Reliability and a solid work ethic
- A drivers licence
