Job Summary
IIQAF Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the daily operations of our hospitality venues in Sydney. The Operations Associate ensures smooth workflows efficient service delivery and coordination between departments contributing to high-quality guest experiences.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality operations process coordination and service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of hotels restaurants and hospitality services
- Coordinate staff schedules workflow and operational tasks
- Monitor service quality guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Support inventory management and logistics of food beverages and supplies
- Generate reports and maintain accurate operational documentation
- Collaborate with front-of-house kitchen and management teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hospitality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operations Associate Hospitality Coordinator or Operations Officer
- Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Background in hotel restaurant or catering operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and hospitality management software
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or Operations
- Knowledge of inventory control POS systems and service standards
- Experience in large-scale hospitality operations
