Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Storeperson to join our hospitality operations team in Sydney. The role involves managing inventory receiving and dispatching supplies and ensuring smooth warehouse operations to support hotels restaurants and catering services.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations stock management and logistics within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inspect and store food beverages and hospitality supplies accurately
- Pick pack and prepare items for delivery to hotels restaurants and events
- Maintain accurate stock records inventory logs and warehouse documentation
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness organization and safety compliance
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Coordinate with procurement operations and logistics teams
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Storeperson Warehouse Assistant or Inventory Clerk
- Experience in hospitality food & beverage or hotel supply chains preferred
- Strong organizational time management and inventory control skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift and move stock safely
- Forklift certification is an advantage
