Key Responsibilities
Lead manage and mentor the kitchen team to ensure consistent high standards
Plan design and execute menus that reflect luxury and creativity
Source and manage quality ingredients maintaining inventory and cost control
Ensure compliance with hygiene health and safety regulations
Maintain kitchen organisation workflow and staff scheduling
Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain consistency in presentation taste and service quality
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a luxury or high-end resort environment
Strong leadership organisational and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional cuisine
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
