- Lead and manage the engineering team (mechanical electrical civil or maintenance as applicable)
- Plan monitor and control engineering projects and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and government regulations
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and asset management plans
- Review and approve engineering designs plans and technical reports
- Prepare budgets cost estimates and resource requirements
- Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical guidance to staff
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Respond to emergencies and critical equipment issues when need
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Civil or related field)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred)
- At least 510 years of relevant engineering experience including managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills
