Job Summary

Lead and manage the engineering team (mechanical electrical civil or maintenance as applicable)
Plan monitor and control engineering projects and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and government regulations
Develop preventive maintenance programs and asset management plans
Review and approve engineering designs plans and technical reports
Prepare budgets cost estimates and resource requirements
Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal stakeholders
Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical guidance to staff
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
Respond to emergencies and critical equipment issues when need

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Civil or related field)
Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred)
At least 510 years of relevant engineering experience including managerial or supervisory role
Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and local government compliance
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficient in engineering software and MS Office

Required Skills:
