What This Role Owns
Lead and manage tile crews on commercial projects
Set layout sequencing and quality expectations
Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers
Train and mentor installers and developing leads
Enforce safety productivity and jobsite standards
Take ownership of schedule quality and execution
Who Were Looking For
Proven experience as a Tile Foreman or Lead Tile Setter
Strong commercial tile background (layout prep waterproofing finish work)
Natural leader with high standards and accountability
Respected on the jobsite by crews and leadership
Someone who leads from the front and takes ownership
