About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to join a high-impact data team supporting the Global Markets Front Office. This team delivers data-driven insights analytics and interactive dashboards that directly support business decisions for sales teams and traders.

You will work end-to-end across the data lifecycle from data ingestion and ETL to data warehousing and visualization collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver fast agile and high-value analytical solutions.

The technology stack includes Python SQL Tableau APIs and Chatbots with a strong focus on performance usability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports with actionable insights
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive visually compelling and business-aligned
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to guarantee data accuracy integrity and availability
• Work with large datasets performing data cleansing and query optimization
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualization solutions
• Engage directly with stakeholders (sales traders sponsors) to understand analytical needs
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for dashboard users
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau-related technical issues
• Continuously improve dashboard performance and user experience
• Maintain clear documentation for dashboards reports and data sources
• Stay up to date with Tableau best practices and new features

Technical Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or related field
• 2 years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer
• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server PostgreSQL Oracle)
• Professional experience with Python especially Pandas
• Solid background in ETL processes and data pipelines
• Experience optimizing data processes queries and memory usage
• Background in Data Analysis or Data Engineering
• Experience with Tableau Power BI or other BI tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
• Interest or experience in financial markets is a strong plus
