Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate AR Invoice to Cash Applications
Responsibilities:
Invoice Preparation: Assist in the preparation and distribution of insurance invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Cash Application Support: Support the cash application process by helping to allocate payments to customer accounts accurately.
Accounts Receivable Monitoring: Help monitor outstanding invoices and assist in following up on overdue accounts to support cash flow management.
Customer Interaction: Engage with clients under supervision to address basic billing inquiries and provide assistance in resolving minor disputes.
Data Entry and Reconciliation: Perform data entry tasks related to accounts receivable and assist in reconciling records with customer statements.
Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of reports on invoice status and accounts receivable metrics providing basic insights for management review.
Process Improvement Participation: Participate in team discussions on process improvements and learn about automation opportunities within the invoice-to-cash cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:
Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate
Relevant years of experience in AR Invoice to Cash Applications
Experience in working with SAP and AR tools would be added advantage
Experience in working with an insurance client is must

Preferred Skill Set:
Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
Computer literacy MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
Self-starter with ability to work under own initiative
Strong time management skills
Integrity with an ability to handle confidential information
