What You Will Bring to the Table

You must be able to:
- Command the desk with confidence and authority
- Lead from the front energizing motivating and driving the sales team every day
- Run new and preowned operations with expert precision
- Maximize profitability through sharp deal structure and strong F&I partnership
- Set the tone set the pace and hold the team accountable
- Maintain a competitive disciplined highperformance environment
- Master traffic management and ensure every opportunity is maximized
- Communicate clearly decisively and professionally
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
