Job Summary
GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking a creative team-oriented and motivated 1-4 year Civil/Land Development Engineer to join our Community Development Business Sector. The position will be responsible for CAD design assisting in developing engineering reports calculations and design for Civil / Land Development projects including construction administration support. This position is available in our Orlando FL office. Remote and/or Hybrid work location (home or office) is a viable option and the successful candidate will be eligible for a sign-on and/or relocation bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Civil Engineering design and calculations for water wastewater and stormwater components of Land Development projects.
- Participates in technical studies product design preparation of specifications and technical plans.
- Filling out and completing permit applications for processing.
- Construction administration support including field observation reports.
- Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
