ASE Master Mechanic (100% Travel Role)
Preferred Home Base: Dallas TX
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilledASE Master Mechanicto support nationwide automotive service operations through expert diagnostics repair and technical execution. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who thrives in dynamic environments enjoys travel and takes pride in delivering OEM-level quality across a wide range of vehicles and systems.
While candidatesbased in the Dallas area are strongly preferred this position requires100% travelto client sites and service locations across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Diagnostics & Repair
- Perform complex vehicle diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket scan tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and computerized systems.
- Execute major and minor repairs including engines transmissions drivetrains brakes suspension HVAC and emissions systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Technical Excellence
- Interpret and apply technical service bulletins (TSBs) wiring diagrams and repair manuals.
- Stay current with evolving automotive technologies including hybrid and EV systems (where applicable).
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications ASE standards and company quality benchmarks.
Quality Safety & Compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures environmental regulations and best practices.
- Ensure accurate documentation of repairs and diagnostic findings.
- Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with service advisors operations teams and parts departments to support efficient workflows.
- Train mentor and support junior technicians.
- Assist with project execution focusing on safety quality and production.
