What Youll Do:

The EHS team supports the global CoreWeave enterprise by developing and integrating EHS management solutions into our operations in line with our Global Policy. Team actively supports and responds to the companys needs in a fast-moving environment.

About the role:

The EHS Global Audit Manager is responsible for developing and managing global EHS audit programs. You will develop and manage specific audit protocols and tools/forms in support of CoreWeaves global assurance program. Audit Programs will include but are not limited to: EHS regulatory compliance Internal CoreWeave management system compliance EHS data quality assurance associated with internal EHS management systems ISO audit management and EHS Due Diligence supporting mergers and acquisitions.

You will work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders including EHS colleagues Data Center Management Security Engineering Data Center Construction Office Management and Business Development.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background across all areas of EHS and management systems as well as international EHS program experience. Ability to learn and master an understanding of diverse business operations. A proven track record of building alignment on EHS approach to establish programs and management systems that can be implemented across multiple regulatory regions while being able to clearly communicate regulatory requirements and business value.

Key relationships
The EHS Audit Manager operates in a matrixed organization where alignment and collaboration are key to stakeholder relationships. You will build strong relationships at all levels of operations with peers Regional Leaders and the Extended Leadership Teams across EHS Operations Development and Office management. You will be a key partner with EHS-IT the EHS cross-functional team and operational knowledge management.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience with operational ownership of EHS audit and assurance management including directives SOPs tools/forms to ensure periodic review and approval
  • Demonstrated experience in providing operational change management of EHS audit programs
  • Proficiency in developing strategies and proposals in support of continuous improvement
  • Ability to work with EHS-IT and other cross-functional partners on integrating programs into EHS IT solutions
  • Background in providing EHS training
  • Proven experience taking ownership developing and deploying EHS programs
  • Proven ability to develop operational workflows with an eye for efficiency and lean principles
  • Proven technical EHS experience in audit program management dashboard and management systems
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in an Environmental Health and Safety field.
  • 5 years of related experience in a technical industrial or mission-critical environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in an Environmental Health or Safety field. Preference for advanced degrees and professional certifications in data analytics
  • 7 years of related experience in a technical industrial or mission-critical environment. Knowledge in OSHA and environmental regulations at the Federal level with experience navigating state and local regulations

The base salary range for this role is $122000 to $165000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge skills experience and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
