PeopleCertis looking for an aspiringFinancial Analyst that can overlook a set of tasks around preparing reports to support business needs and suggesting recommendations for problems resolution. You will examine actual and budget figures for completeness accuracy and compliance with procedures and regulations and analyze budgeting and accounting reports for the purpose of maintaining expenditure controls.
As a Financial Analyst your tasks will include the following:
- Assist in financial analyses to evaluate companys financial performance.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare reports for management stakeholders and external parties conveying complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform a range of tasks relevant to the role demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Ensure adherence to and implementation of the procedures policies and work directives as specified in PeopleCerts Integrated Management System.
Requirements- A Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related discipline is required; a postgraduate degree in Finance is advantageous.
- 12 years of experience in a comparable role ideally within a multinational setting.
- Proficiency in English at the C2 level is essential.
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) the official language of the relevant country.
