Lead IT Business Analyst (Agile)

Joining us as aLead IT Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled engineering teams working within large-scale transformation projects/products forthe growing EU and Public Sector business units of Netcompany.

As a Lead IT Business Analyst you will: 

• Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts guiding their professional development
• Collaborate with stakeholders including government officials to gather and analyze business requirements identifying areas for improvement and automation
• Perform gap analysis provide solutions and lead backlog prioritization ensuring alignment between user requirements and system capabilities
• Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs use cases user stories and functional specifications
• Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams communicating issues and coordinating software customizations
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations and custom development

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field. Masters degree and certifications (e.g. CBAP CSPO) are highly desirable
• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in large-scale software implementation projects within EU or public sector
• Proven ability to gather document and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL experience (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies BPMN and Business Rules Management
