Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Overnight role. PNC Park. Ensure all suites club areas and premium spaces are cleaned to established standards.
- Work closely with stadium operations event staff and management to understand event schedules and cleaning priorities.
- Train and support a team of suite cleaners during event and nonevent days.
- Report maintenance issues safety hazards or supply shortages.
- Ensure staff follow all safety procedures including chemical handling and equipment operation.
- Assign daily tasks monitor progress and ensure all work is completed on schedule.
- Conduct preevent briefings and postevent walkthroughs with staff.
- Provide coaching feedback and onthejob guidance.

- Perform quality checks on completed work including restrooms seating areas kitchens bars and hightouch surfaces.
- Respond quickly to cleaning requests or issues during events.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning hospitality or facility maintenance.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced eventdriven environment.
- Ability to lift bend stand and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Availability for nights weekends and event days.
