ROLE DESCRIPTION

SAP Digital Hub is looking for a Corporate Digital Senior Sales Executive to drive incremental revenue and digital transformation across the French Corporate Installed Base.

In this role you will be a key driver of SAPs Cloud growth in the French Corporate segment accelerating customer transformation through strategic ERP Cloud MOVE initiatives and the positioning of SAPs full Line of Business portfolio (CX HXM FSM DSC Data & AI BTP). By combining executive-level value selling partner collaboration and strong customer focus you will deliver measurable growth while ensuring long-term customer success and satisfaction.

What is a Corporate Digital Senior Sales Executive

The Corporate Digital Senior Sales Executive is a senior digital sales role responsible for driving incremental revenue within an assigned territoryprimarily via channel partnersacross the Corporate installed base.

You own the end-to-end business across your territory: strategy coverage demand generation pipeline build-up forecasting deal execution closing and customer/partner satisfaction leveraging SAPs Digital Sales Motion (Social Digital & Content tools) to create impactful customer engagement at scale.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

1) Own SAP Cloud Growth & Territory Execution (ERP Cloud MOVE LoB Expansion)

You will have full ownership of your territory performance and pipeline and will:

  • Drive incremental cloud revenue by leading ERP Cloud MOVE initiatives across your installed base
  • Identify and execute in collaboration with the SSEs cross-sell opportunities by positioning SAPs end-to-end Line of Business portfolio aligned with customer priorities and value drivers
  • Build and progress a healthy pipeline through disciplined territory planning and opportunity qualification
  • Execute deal strategy from qualification to closure: stakeholder mapping decision process risks next steps
  • Deliver strong forecasting accuracy and consistent performance against monthly quarterly and annual targets

2) Executive Customer Engagement & Value Selling

As a trusted advisor you will:

  • Engage with CxOs (CEO/CFO/CIO/COO) to understand strategic priorities and transformation roadmaps
  • Build compelling executive-ready business cases and articulate SAP value through outcomes (ROI risk time-to-value)
  • Lead customer conversations with a strong problem-solving mindset ensuring long-term trust and customer satisfaction

3) OneSAP Orchestration

You will be the driver of alignment across SAP and ecosystem:

  • Work closely with channel partners (joint planning opportunity development deal execution)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDEs Presales Solution Sales Industry experts Partner Business Managers
  • Ensure a unified OneSAP approach focused on customer outcomes and execution speed

4) Demand Generation & Digital Sales Motion

You will leverage digital tools to scale customer interactions and accelerate pipeline:

  • Run demand generation planning & execution in collaboration with SDEs Marketing and ecosystem
  • Use SAP digital platforms and content-led motions to drive engagement and uncover whitespace
  • Maintain strong discipline in CRM & sales tools to ensure accuracy visibility and customer intelligence

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience & Track Record

  • 5 years of experience in complex software / IT solutions sales (Corporate / enterprise environment)
  • Proven ability to drive sustainable revenue growth across an existing customer portfolio
  • Strong exposure to indirect go-to-market and multi-stakeholder deal orchestration
  • Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with CxO-level decision makers

  • Strong business acumen: understands financial drivers value creation and executive priorities
  • Solid deal strategy & negotiation skills with ability to manage complexity and pace
  • Excellent pipeline discipline: planning forecasting qualification next-step driven execution
  • High-energy collaborative mindset and ability to lead a virtual team
  • Comfortable in a multicultural performance-oriented environment

Education & Languages

  • Masters degree (or equivalent)
  • Native / Fluent French (mandatory)
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
