Were looking for a creative peoplefocused professional with a passion for Organisational Development to join our OD Learning and Talent Team on a 12month secondment.

About the team:
The OD Learning and Talent Team support the delivery of our People and Talent Strategies creating the right conditions culture and environment for people to thrive and perform at their best at work.
There are three areas of focus within the team. These are: Talent and Change Learning and Employee Experience and Inclusion.
Youll play and key role in the Talent and Change area focusing on enabling organisational change and transformation.
About the role:
As an Organisational Development Lead youll develop innovative approaches to facilitate new ways of working culture change and high-performance working across the organisation.
Youll coach and empower leaders and managers to navigate change using your expertise to influence a people-focused approach.
Youll work with leaders and managers to shape comms and engagement around change ensuring people understand why change is happening stay informed and connected throughout and have a voice.
Youll also build strong relationships across HR Organisational Design and Project Management working collaboratively to support key transformation projects.
No two days will be the same with opportunities to work on a variety of projects across the team.
About the candidate:
You will have a knowledge and understanding of Organisational Development culture change and behaviour change. Youll have great organisational skills a clear understanding of what excellent customer service looks like and be a confident communicator with an ability to build relationships with ease.
Above all youll be passionate about improving our employee experience talent management and organisational effectiveness.
