Job Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our Therapeutic Dermatology team. This is a direct replacement role within a well-established and high-performing sales team supporting continued coverage of key hospitals and specialist clinics.

Reporting locally this role is focused on driving product adoption and sales performance through strong engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) particularly dermatology specialists. You will play a critical role in product detailing medical education activities territory analysis and relationship management across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and detail Galdermas dermatology and therapeutic skincare portfolio to HCPs in hospitals and specialist clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists and key hospital stakeholders.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and execute territory plans effectively.
  • Deliver product knowledge transfer scientific detailing and value-based selling conversations
  • Conduct Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions including short product presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Veeva CRM.
  • Perform ongoing territory analysis and quarterly business reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver basic business and sales presentations as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Exposure to dermatology skincare or therapeutic products is highly preferred.
  • Experience covering hospitals and specialist clinics (rather than GP-only environments).
  • Bachelors degree in Science or a related discipline
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate scientific and product information.
  • Positive professional attitude with confident and engaging presence.
  • Mandarin language capability is advantageous due to customer base.
