Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc. a U.S. publicly listed enterprise and specializes in the manufacture design research and development of high performance CMOS and CCD image sensors and modular expandable cameras. Teledyne Digital Imagings products are used worldwide in machine vision document scanning image capture surveillance process monitoring manufacturing inspection medical imaging and multi media.
As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Waterloo !
What youll do
Manage an assigned portfolio by applying consistent accurate and proactive credit practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management credit regulations and best practices.
Ensure effective account oversight in full compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations.
Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes.
Identify and escalate material credit risks to management as appropriate.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures.
Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for monthly quarterly and annual reporting cycles including activities related to month-end close.
Participate in daily team activities such as huddles and provide clear direction on priorities.
Provide backup support to the Credit Manager.
What you need
Strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail required.
Experience training or guiding others required.
Minimum 5 years of commercial credit experience required.
Advanced Excel skills required.
Understanding of financial controls and related procedures required.
CCP designation or experience working in a publicly traded environment advantage.
SAP experience advantage.
Willingness to work overtime during financial reporting cycles and to support global business requirements

Salary Range:
$56200.00-$74900.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
