Your key responsibilities include:

• In our dual-brand hotel you will be a specialistin exceptional and upscale service and together with your team create unforgettable moments for our guests
• You will lead the shifts in our upscale steak restaurant and be responsiblefor a smooth service process
• As a specialist in your field you know what our guests want and have the right feeling for the perfect atmosphere
• You will ensure guest and sales-oriented serviceand look after the department taking into account profitability
• In case of special requests or guest complaints you are the contact personand ensure a quick solution

Be able.

• You have excellent expertise in coffee and tea preparation as well as the food offer.
• You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel or restaurant industry or have already gained several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• You have experience in a similar position and want to successfully implement the above points.
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• You are characterized by your communicative nature and you feel comfortable in both German and English any other foreign language is an advantage.
