Sous Chef (m/f/d) Focus on M&E and Breakfast

In the absence of the Executive Chef you will lead the kitchen team of our property and set a positive example ensuring our guests mouths water with anticipation.

Tasks

• As Sous Chef you will manage budgets and inventory while actively ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen operations.
• You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service and believes that anything is possiblewhile always having fun at work!

Requirements

• You have experience in the kitchen and strong supervisory and management skills
• You are fluent in German and English
• You are familiar with staff scheduling and ordering supplies
• You quickly adapt to working with IT systems
• You are a true role model in the kitchen and always have an open ear for your teams questions and concerns
• You are solution-oriented and ready to take on any challenge
• You are passionate about making a positive impact on othersboth guests and your team
