About This Role:

Were looking for a full-time Senior Product Designer to join our Product team reporting to the Manager of UX Design. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Wroclaw location.

In this role youll play a key role in shaping the next generation of the Digital Customer Hub by transforming complex B2B workflows into intuitive high-impact user experiences that drive efficiency adoption and trust. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced innovative product environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Global Engineering Product Management and UX and Product Leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in end-to-end product design strategic facilitation with stakeholders and designing AI-driven user-centric experiences at scale.

What Youll Do:

• End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process for core features within the DCH ecosystem (Community Education and Product Experience) from initial discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping.

• Strategic Facilitation: Lead stakeholder workshops to extract business requirements discuss product values and align design vision with technical feasibility.

• AI & Automation Integration: Design seamless agent-based interactions and AI-driven workflows within DCH that help our users work smarter and more efficiently.

• Design System Stewardship: Contribute to and pull from a robust design system ensuring visual and functional consistency across the entire DCH portfolio.

• User-Centric Research: Conduct usability testing and competitor benchmarks to validate design hypotheses and advocate for the human-first experience.

• Technical Collaboration: Partner deeply with Engineering in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.

• Mentorship & Growth: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers helping to establish best practices and a high bar for design craft.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings training or company events.

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.

• Design Excellence: A strong ability to solve complex functional problems through clean accessible interface design.

• Workshop Leadership: Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and drive product requirements with English-speaking stakeholders.

• Advanced Tooling: Mastery of Figma FigJam and rapid prototyping tools to create dev-ready components.

• English Proficiency: C1/C2 level of English to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
  

Nice-to-have skills or experience:

• Technical Fluency: Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end principles to better bridge the gap between design and code.

• Data Tools: Experience using tools like Hotjar Maze or UserTesting to drive data-informed design decisions.

• The starting base salary range for this role is PLN monthly. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills experience and addition to base pay this role is eligible for an annual bonus and participation in Gainsights equity program.
