If all of these sounds like an amazing opportunity for you here is what you need to have to be considered for this position: We have a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader in senior housing that would like to train under one of the most accomplished executive directors in the industry.
The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in financial management and creating and maintaining an annual budget and meeting and exceeding NOI. You should have a clear vision for the community which will include but not be limited to dining salesand most importantly culture. Sounds like a tall order but this is a great opportunity for the candidate that possesses these qualifications.
Associate Executive Director will be reporting to the Campus Executive Director
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an Assistant/Associate ED or ED role
- College Degree
- Excellent Survey History
- Proven track record as a leader
- Visionary
- Exceptional computer skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to drive culture
