The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in financial management and creating and maintaining an annual budget and meeting and exceeding NOI. You should have a clear vision for the community which will include but not be limited to dining salesand most importantly culture. Sounds like a tall order but this is a great opportunity for the candidate that possesses these qualifications.
Associate Executive Director will be reporting to the Campus Executive Director
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an Assistant/Associate ED or ED role
- College Degree
- Excellent Survey History
- Proven track record as a leader
- Visionary
- Exceptional computer skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to drive culture
