How you will make an impact in this role
As an Operations Specialist at Trusting Social you will be responsible for ensuring stable and accurate daily operations across credit card partnership activities including transaction flows partner/merchant support and campaign/voucher/budget. You will enhance operational efficiency through system and process optimization working closely with internal teams of Operations/Partnership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operations are executed on-time compliant and continuously improved
The Operations Specialist will report to the Operations Manager
What you will do
- Conduct regular assessments of existing systems/tools and operational workflows to identify opportunities for enhancements and standardization.
- Collaborate with PO and cross-functional stakeholders to implement system improvements integrations and operational enablement.
- Ensure operational execution for core partnership activities including transaction-related operations and maintaining accurate operational status updates.
- Support partner/merchant operations by coordinating onboarding/go-live readiness and ensuring operational setup is completed and validated through controlled checks/testing.
- Support campaign/offer/voucher/budget operations by coordinating setup monitoring and operational updates ensuring compliance with approvals and maintaining clear tracking/reporting.
- Coordinate operational logistics and administrative support for partnership initiatives
- Calculation and reconciliation of commission/sales contest and KPI/bonus sales agents
- Map and analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and develop/improve SOPs guidelines templates and documentation to drive consistent execution and reduce errors.
- Design and maintain dashboards/trackers and prepare periodic/ad-hoc reports to provide visibility on operational performance risks and improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and ongoing support to Ops/CSR teams on processes tools and operational updates to ensure best practices adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes on operational performance and recommend continuous improvements
What you will need to have
- A strong service mindset and genuine passion for supporting customers/partners through operational excellence.
- 3 years of operations experience in banking/consumer finance with hands-on exposure to transaction operations partner/campaign operations and process/system improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with operational data reconcile issues and drive closure.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools; experience working with operational systems/portals/CRM is required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple parallel tasks with deadlines/SLA.
- Bachelors degree in business communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to start immediately is a plus
