Responsibilities

DesignCapture

  • Createanddelivercompellingvisualcontentthatsupportsmarketinggoalsacrossdigitalchannels. Produceandrefinevideomotionandphotographicassetsforcampaignsprogramsandevents ensuringplatform-readyexecutionandbrandconsistency.Overseeprojectsfrominitialplanning throughfinaldeliverycollaboratingwithcross-functionalpartnerstobringideastolifemaintain organizedassetlibrariesandclearlycommunicatecreativedirectiontostakeholders.

  • Conceptdesignandproducehigh-qualitymultimediacontentincludingpromotionalvideos animations andmotiongraphicsthatalignwithcampaignobjectives.

  • Delivershigh-visibility multimediacontentthatdirectly supportscampaignperformance brandstorytelling and audience engagement.

  • Captureeditstillphotographyforcampaignsandevents

  • Capturefootageforshortformsocialclipslongformvideoandprogrammarketing.

  • EditandoptimizevideoforvariousplatformssuchastheVolsOnlinewebsitedigitaladvertising email marketing and social media.

  • Leadthefullproductioncyclefromstoryboardingandscriptingsupporttodirectingshootsand post-production.

  • Ensureallmultimediacontent adherestoUTbrandingguidelinesandaccessibility standards.

  • Managedigitalassetsorganizeprojectfilesandmaintainaconsistentmultimediaaesthetic acrosscampaigns.

  • Workcross-functionallywithwritersdesignersdevelopersfacultyandacademicdepartments to produce meaningful relevant content.

  • Presentandcommunicatecreativeconceptsclearlytointernalstakeholders.

  • Useinsightsfromcampaignperformanceuserbehaviorandplatformanalyticstoindependently refine creative direction and optimize multimedia outputs.

  • Proactivelydevelopmultimediastrategiestailoredtovariousdigitalchannelsaudience segments and stagesoftheenrollmentfunnel.

  • Participateinbrainstormingcampaignideasforstudentand programmarketingfeatures

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communications Design or equivalent experience
Three to five years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Marketing and Communications Graphic or Digital Design Motion or Video Design Photography


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Masters degree in Motion or Video Design Graphic or Digital Design Communications or Marketing or equivalent experience
Five years of experience as a Multimedia Designer
Two to three years of experience in higher education


WORK LOCATION

Knoxville TN. This position has the potential for a hybrid working capacity.
