From designing quality protocols to the final qualification of flight hardware you ensure our technology is safe for the stars.

• Build and Empower:Take full ownership of the Quality Assurance team. You willbe responsible forstructuring the department hiring specialists and fostering a culture of precision and excellence from the ground up.
• Define Quality Standards:Develop implement andoptimizeQA processes and testing strategies fortheprototypeandserial productionas wellassupplier quality.
• Ensure Compliance:Oversee thequalification anddocumentation processes to ensure all products meet aerospace-specific regulatory and customer requirements.
• Root Cause Excellence:Lead cross-functional troubleshooting and non-conformance management to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing cycles.
• Strategic Growth:Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design teams to industrialize QA methods ensuring scalability as we ramp up production.

• Educational Background:Degree in Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering Quality Management ora relatedtechnical field.
• Leadership Experience:Proven experience in leading teams preferably within a high-tech manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• QA Expertise:2 years of deep knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. AS9100 or ISO 9001) and experience with composite material testing.
• Analytical Mindset:A practical solution-oriented approach to complex technical challenges and a first-time-right mentality.
• Interpersonal Skills:Strong teamplayer with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse departments and with external stakeholders.
• Language Skills:Excellent English (at least C1); German skills are highly appreciated.
