Purpose: to bring people together from around the world to create innovative solutions that are bringing surgery to the next level and contribute to life-changing impacts in health care. Our Surgery unit focusses on the treatment of Obesity and Surgical Oncology.
You will be responsible for:
Acquisition of new customers and strong relationships building to promote our products and our company.
Define specific projects within Value Based Selling and use the broad value proposition of Obesity as part of the overall account plan that will lead to customer acquisition.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders like the Sales Manager your fellow Sales Consultants Project Specialist Product managers & (Strategic) Account Manager to enforce the final sale of specialty products and services.
Facilitate congresses user meetings and events that improve the understanding of our offer.
Maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders surgeons and operating theater management to make/keep them promoters of our products and our company.
Continuously looking for new opportunities to co-create with your customers in order to grow business.
Provide excellent service to our customers by flawless backorder management innovation presentations and added value projects.
Provide training courses to surgeons specialists nurses and operating room management.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelors degree medical paramedical business or comparable ideally Masters degree.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience available.
Strong communication skills & influencing skills.
Proficiency in Dutch and English languages.
Demonstrated business success in delivering growth and gaining share.
Ability to build respect and trust with customers employees and internal stakeholders.
Self-awareness adaptability and stress resistance.
Living in the southern Netherlands region (preferably central Brabant).
Preferred:
Experience in Endocutters/Energy devices sales and related processes.
Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape and/or obesity as a disease state.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 45100 to 72910 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
In addition to base pay we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location where the actual amount is based on the employees and companies performance of the previous calendar year or sales commissions.
