We are looking for someone with a strategic vision of digital trends the ability to anticipate changes and above all leadership and change management skills as the role involves guiding the organization in adopting new tools and processes.
The main mission of the role is to plan organize and lead digitalization projects from start to finish: process analysis identification of technological alternatives and delivery of the solution. Always ensuring quality performance budget security and deadlines.
Additionally there is a clear focus on Digital Finance especially in projects related to electronic invoicing M&A integrations and optimization of current systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects within the Finance area ideally with SAP ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Acting as the point of contact with different business units and ensuring smooth communication.
- Assessing and mitigating project risks.
- Coordinating internal teams and ensuring integration with day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring consistency between transformation projects and current systems.
- Managing budgets and collaborating with key users other IT teams and external vendors.
- Driving continuous process improvement and coordinating with local and international teams.
Requirements:
- University degree Masters.
- More than 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- SAP certification ideally in Finance.
As a plus additional qualifications such as CFA Level I a masters degree and certifications in Project Management or agile methodologies are highly valued.
