Just Better Care professionals play a key role in helping families receive the care and support services they need. You will be the point of contact for Community. This position is open to recent school leavers who are looking to start their career in an office environment.
The role:
The Admin Assistant / Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. The Admin Assistant / Receptionist is to provide a courteous knowledgeable and reliable liaison between customers the public and staff members. As the first point of contact on the telephone and in person the Admin Assistant / Receptionists role is vital to the perceived image of Just Better Care by external and internal stakeholders. A professional and enthusiastic image must therefore be maintained at all times.
The Admin Assistant provides comprehensive high quality administrative support to the Just Better Care office.
What you will need:
- Current and clear Criminal Record Check
- Cert II in Business Administration highly desirable
- Experience in administration support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sound computer skills
