Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Pre/Post Surgery RN you will integrate the nursing process and standards into daily practice applying growth and development knowledge to interventions and providing care tailored to each patients changing needs.
Daily you will deliver efficient safe patient care during the critical period following anesthesia and invasive procedures. This involves using the nursing process delegating to and evaluating subordinate staff and coordinating support services.
Success in this role requires a strong grasp of surgical nursing principles meticulous patient focus and the ability to manage complex care in a critical fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Required Education | Graduating from an accredited nursing program |
Required Licensure and Certifications | Active RN Licensure for TN and BLS |
PREFERRED Qualifications | ACLS preferred; PALS for ENT Nurses |
