Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Part-Time Videographer (15-20 hrs a week) to join our team. This individual will play a key role in capturing the essence of our packaging manufacturing process through high-quality videos and potentially photographs. The content produced will be used across various platforms to showcase our innovative packaging solutions cutting-edge equipment and vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan shoot and edit professional video and photographic content in our packaging manufacturing factory.
• Operate advanced equipment including our DJI Inspire 2 drone and automated gimbal to create dynamic and engaging visuals.
• Collaborate with the team to develop concepts and scripts for content that aligns with the companys branding and marketing strategy.
• Edit video and photo content for distribution across digital channels including social media websites and presentations.
• Maintain and manage videography and photography equipment ensuring optimal performance.
• Adapt to a variety of shooting environments including indoor factory settings and aerial drone footage outdoors.
• Deliver projects on time while meeting high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography photography and content editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g. Photoshop Lightroom).
• Skilled in operating drones (preferably with DJI Inspire 2 experience) and automated gimbal systems.
• Creative eye for detail composition and storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work part-time on-site.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• FAA Part 107 certification (or willingness to obtain it) for drone operation.
