This Corporate Recruiter reports directly to the CFO and owns the full recruiting enginehiring at least one salesperson per week plus moving coordinators and drivers on an ongoing basis. This is a hands-on recruiting machine role where youll build sourcing strategies manage candidate pipelines and advise leadership on where to post jobs which social channels convert and how to drive traffic.

What youll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales moving coordinators and driverssourcing screening interviewing offers onboarding
- Build scalable sourcing strategies across job boards social platforms and community channels to generate consistent candidate flow
- Advise leadership on recruitment marketing: where to spend what messaging works how to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Optimize cost-per-hire and time-to-fill through data-driven decisions and process improvements
- Drive retention initiatives and improve onboarding programs to reduce turnover
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting (30-50 hires/year minimum)
- Experience with hourly/blue-collar recruitinglogistics warehouse call centers healthcare or field services preferred
- Tech-savvy with job boards (Indeed ZipRecruiter) social recruiting (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn) and recruitment marketing
- Metrics-driven: you know your numbers (cost-per-hire time-to-fill retention rates)
- Moving logistics or transportation industry experience is a major plus
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where hiring needs are constant
