About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics & Fulfillment Associate to support our growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) operations. This is a junior hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly organized comfortable with technology and excited to work in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.This role is fully on-site and involves end-to-end order fulfillment equipment handling kitting installation preparation and inventory monitoring to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical devices.Key Responsibilities
- Pick pack and ship DME orders accurately and on time
- Prepare equipment kits based on defined configurations and clinical requirements
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and track deliveries
- Receive incoming equipment accessories and supplies
- Inspect equipment for accuracy and condition upon arrival
- Log received items into inventory systems
- Assemble and kit devices peripherals and accessories
- Install and configure equipment according to internal procedures
- Ensure devices are ready for deployment to patients or clinics
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits
- Maintain a clean organized and compliant work area
- Follow SOPs quality standards and basic healthcare compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with operations clinical and customer support teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working with technology hardware and software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow processes and checklists accurately
- Comfortable with hands-on physical work
- Reliable punctual and eager to learn
- Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with healthcare medical devices or DME environments
- Experience in logistics fulfillment warehouse or operations roles
- Basic inventory management or ERP system experience
- Understanding of HIPAA or healthcare compliance
