What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure accurate and timely concrete production
- Maintain plant systems perform routine inspections and address basic mechanical or operational issues
- Coordinate with dispatch drivers and team members to meet customer delivery schedules
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean organized work areas
- Record production data and support quality control processes
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot batching equipment and related systems
- Strong focus on safety accuracy and process consistency
- Capability to perform physical tasks including climbing lifting and working around industrial equipment
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Dependable organized and adaptable in a fastpaced operational environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $22.50 to $25.00 per hour
