About the Role

This hands-on role is perfect for an AV professional who thrives on pushing creative and technical boundaries. Youll lead the installation operation and removal of cutting-edge AV setups and confidently deliver shows of all scales from intimate corporate functions to large-scale productions.

As a key player in the success of each event youll collaborate with clients venue staff freelancers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution outstanding service and show-stopping results.

What Youll Bring

Proven experience in audio lighting and video system setupsfor live events
Strong technical expertise in:Barco PDS and S3 switching systemsYamaha QL and CL audio consolesGrandMA lighting control systems(programming experience highly regarded)
Hybrid & Virtual event delivery experience
Camera operation skills (desirable)
Familiarity with scenic setups: drapes stage skirts truss borders
Ability to lead crews and mentor junior technicians
Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and calm under pressure
A polished professional presentation with a customer-first mindset
Flexibility for after-hours weekend work and occasional travel
Riggers Ticket (highly desirable)
