RN Nurse Manager, Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position ofNurse Manager/Home Care RNfor our Pittsburgh Adult Nursing home care office located in Monroeville PA. This office provides best in class care to clientsof ages 21throughout9 counties in southwestern PA.

Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager:

• Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in southwestern PA
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise RNs and LPNs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
  

Qualifications for a Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Homecare experience is a PLUS!
• Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!
