| Job Description: | - Assist with office presentations and tabling during Universitys Preview sessions
- Assist in advising and supporting a team of 20 Florida Greek Ambassadors
- Attend weekly staff meetings with Sorority and Fraternity Life team
- Provide support in planning the recruitment/intake processes for all four governing councils
- Participate in benchmarking efforts with peer institutions
- Develop curriculum for SFL leadership programs including but not limited to Member Development Series Florida Greek Ambassadors SFL Cares Officer Transitions
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental and office mission and strategic planning
- Advise and assist with campus-wide programs and events as directed
- Assist in the creation and implementation of programming initiatives including training leadership classes and other educational activities for sororities and fraternities as well as their leadership councils
- Work collaboratively with the Dean of Students Office University Police Department and other entities as needed regarding Greek organizations
- Other duties as assigned
Timeline: Applicants would start Friday May 15th and end internship assignments on Friday August 7th. These dates are flexible. Compensation and Benefits: The summer intern will be compensated at a rate of $15.00/hour for 20-25 hours a week ($4000 approx.) in total depending on holidays and programming schedules. A declining balance meal-plan option will be provided of $600. Housing option will be provided can be confirmed Spring 2026. |
