WHAT YOULL DO

Develop/streamline restaurant processes in partnership with the General Manager while ensuring consistent execution of company policies and procedures
Hire and mentor the best and brightest assisting employees with career development strategies to understand Tommy Bahama values
Facilitate implementation of company learning/training programs follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job
Partner with GM in order to implement strategies to increase qualified applicants including but not limited to proactively recruiting. Thoughtfully hire develop and mentor the team
Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures
Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant employees and guests. Help create a clean safe professional and upbeat environment
Seek out marketing opportunities within the community and partner with retail to leverage the relationship during marketing and sales events

REQUIREMENTS

Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently
Routine standing for duration of shift
Safely maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
