- 510 years of construction inspection or QA experience on Federal or DoD construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience supporting USACE or NAVFAC construction projects.
- Working knowledge of USACE QA/QC processes RMS/QCS systems and EMsafety requirements.
- Experience interpreting construction drawings specifications and submittals.
- Minimum construction experience of 5 years.
- Plan and specification interpretation expertise.
- Knowledge of construction (means methods and techniques) and contract administration.
- Knowledge in Building Codes and Standards
