The Senior Associate will join the team that manages the end-to-end process of structuring due diligence and underwriting for both new and existing client opportunities. The team maintains strong engagement with key stakeholders across the technology ecosystem building meaningful relationships and generating valuable insights.
This role contributes to the profitable growth and quality of the teams portfolio by conducting in-depth analysis supporting complex deal execution and ensuring ongoing portfolio monitoring and risk management. The Senior Associate also engages directly with clients in collaboration with the coverage team.
