Job Summary
Cell & Gene Therapy- performs analytical testing in support of viral vectors and cell therapy products to provide data regarding purity impurities infectivity/performance concentration and safety of samples. Performs a wide range of analyses (routine and non-routine) primarily but not limited to the molecular cell biology and virology test areas of Biopharmaceutical Services.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Biology Biochemistry or related field
- Ability to work in the US without immediate or potential future sponsorship
- At least 1 year of GMP experience
- At least 1 year of Chromatography experience
- Biochemistry and/or Biologics experience preferred
- Experience in other biochemistry techniques (CE-SDS DLS) preferred
The ideal candidate:
- Demonstrate understanding of LEAN principles in a laboratory space and ability to apply them to guarantee Quality of deliverables and efficiently execute time sensitive laboratory analysis.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) attention to detail ability to prioritize time-sensitive activities and responsive to Management guidance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the Cell & Gene Therapy team show self-motivation adaptability and a positive attitude towards day-to-day business challenges.
- Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company standard operating procedures and policies.
Additional Information :
Working schedule will be Full-Time First Shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply. 25% travel may be required. This position is NOT remote.
