We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Data Scientist to join our analytics team and provide data-driven insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate combines advanced statistical knowledge programming expertise and business acumen to design and implement quantitative models that solve complex problems across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

Develop predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to support business initiatives.

Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Product and Operations to define problems and deliver data-driven solutions.

Build validate and maintain scalable algorithms and models for real-time and batch processing.

Communicate findings and model results to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Continuously improve data collection analysis and modeling processes.

Ensure proper documentation and reproducibility of models and analyses.

Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications

Masters or PhD in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Data Science or a related quantitative field.

3 years of experience in data science analytics or quantitative modeling roles.

Strong programming skills in Python R SQL or equivalent languages.

Expertise in statistical modeling machine learning optimization and simulation techniques.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI matplotlib seaborn).

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in finance insurance healthcare or technology domains.

Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS Azure GCP).

Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark Hadoop or similar frameworks.

Publication or open-source contributions in quantitative modeling or data science.

Annual Salary: $110000 $160000 depending on experience and qualifications
