Job Summary
3 month contract to start so our client is only considering local candidates.
Previous government experience is mandatory.
Were seeking a senior-level Business Analyst with strong quality assurance experience to support enterprise applications including licensing-focused systems. This role works closely with business users technical teams and vendors to define requirements improve processes and ensure high-quality system delivery.
What Youll Do
Gather and document business and system requirements and translate them into clear user stories
Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead refinement and sprint planning sessions
Perform QA activities including reviewing acceptance criteria developing test cases and executing manual testing (including mobile)
Analyze application issues and recommend solutions
Identify opportunities to improve or automate business processes
Support project documentation such as charters plans test artifacts and risk items
Develop training materials and assist with user training
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to support system delivery and ongoing operations
What Were Looking For
8 years of experience in business analysis within an Agile environment
Strong experience with tools such as Azure DevOps Jira or similar
Hands-on QA experience including user story validation and manual testing
Experience supporting licensing or regulatory systems is a plus
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with end users and technical teams
