Understanding of facility systems (HVAC electrical generators fire life safety building controls). oApplies practical hands-on knowledge of building systems including HVAC electrical panels plumbing components emergency power systems and basic building automation technology. oRecognizes early signs of system malfunction or degradation and escalates complex issues appropriately. oPerforms basic diagnostics to identify causes of alarms failures or irregular system performance. oReads and interprets equipment manuals safety labels schematics diagrams and maintenance instructions. oUnderstands safe operation of generators fuel systems and environmental controls especially for remote telecom facilities. oUses tools meters and testing equipment in accordance with manufacturer and safety standards. Additional Job Requirements: Responsible for day-to-day oversight of facilities maintenance activities and frontline staff supporting assigned buildings remote sites and operational facilities. The Supervisor coordinates work assignments ensures compliance with safety protocols performs site inspections supports vendor and contractor work and provides hands-on technical assistance. This role focuses on operational execution task scheduling and ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues to support business operations. Working knowledge of building systems preventive maintenance practices and facility safety requirements.
