Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support fully automated production and packaging lines. This role is responsible for continuously monitoring assigned production lines to ensure quality standards are met and responding quickly to defects errors or mechanical ideal candidate is attentive proactive and willing to learn basic mechanical and electronic adjustments while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
Pay Rate: $20.00 $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per weekBenefits
Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned production line(s) for quality defects errors or mechanical jams
- Take immediate action to correct issues and minimize downtime
- Perform basic mechanical and electronic adjustments on production equipment
- Participate in low-level maintenance and routine cleaning tasks
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Communicate issues clearly to supervisors or maintenance staff as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (75% or more of the shift)
- Manual dexterity using both hands
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs to head height
- 20/20 vision natural or with corrective lenses
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
- Basic English proficiency required
- Spanish or Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
