Job Summary
YOUR ROLE :
- Lead motivate and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day.
- Oversee all hotel operations ensuring seamless service from front desk to F&B.
- Create a positive inclusive culture where people love to work and grow.
- Drive revenue profitability and operational performance across all departments.
- Set and maintain the highest standards of guest experience and hotel presentation.
- Represent the hotel within the local community and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
- Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
