As a Supply Officer you will join our team in Belfast to support our activities within the Aerospace sector.
You will support supply chain and procurement activities working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered in line with programme requirements. The role offers hands-on exposure to ERP/SAP systems and is well suited to entry to mid-level candidates with a proactive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and manage purchase orders using ERP / SAP systems
- Manage external supplier order books ensuring on-time delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers managing day-to-day communication
- Handle account and invoice queries in collaboration with finance teams
- Provide regular updates to internal customers on order status and delivery timelines
- Support and coordinate supplier visits when required
- Work independently to manage workload while collaborating with the wider supply team
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Experience using ERP systems ideally SAP
- Ability to manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive can-do attitude with the ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to learn and shadow team members to develop role knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
- Experience in a supply chain procurement or operations environment
- Familiarity with purchase order processes and supplier management
Desirable Skills:
- Aerospace or defence industry experience
- Experience working in regulated or high-integrity environments
- Knowledge of supplier performance management and expediting
- Exposure to SAP modules relevant to supply chain
