Job Summary
What your day will look like
- Act as the main point of contact for Revenue Reservations and Sales regarding interfaces and reservation systems
- Manage and maintain our channel managers and electronic distribution channels (PMS CRS etc.)
- Maintain interfaces between various systems to ensure seamless data flow
- Manage rates in Opera Cloud PMS CRS and handle content management for our hotels
- Conduct audits and system checks and support the implementation of new hotels
- Work closely with the team to optimize online distribution channels
- Use TARS for automated processes and improve distribution efficiency
Qualifications :
Your personality matters more than your CV
- Completed training in hospitality
- Fluent in German and English
- working experience in online distribution or yield management
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS Synxis CRS and TARS is a plus
- Understanding of technical structures in online distribution
- Experience with online booking platforms
- Responsible accurate and reliable
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- Above all: team spirit engagement and enthusiasm for digital processes
