- Lead development and implementation of state-of-the-art seed health testing protocols
- Manage a $1M operational budget and 5-year strategic projects
- Drive technological advancement in global seed health testing
- Represent Syngenta in industry platforms and initiatives
- Coach and develop team capabilities in quality control
- Collaborate across functions to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in Plant Pathology Plant Physiology Molecular Biology or related field
- Proven experience in developing diagnostic methods for plant pathogens
- Proven track record in leading scientific/technical programs
- Strong people management and development skills
- Excellent communication and influence skills across diverse audiences
- Experience working with technical commercial and manufacturing teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage change
