Job Summary

Providing thorough and comprehensive nursing care in inpatient services in assigned sections/rooms in accordance with hospital service standards and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Receive patients in accordance with service standards set by the Hospital

Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine nursing diagnoses prioritize patient needs and as a basis for creating nursing care plans both independently and collaboratively

Conduct periodic reassessments based on the patients condition or if significant changes occur in the patients condition treatment plan and individual needs to determine the patients response and plan for further care and/or discharge

Analyze integrated information from patient assessment data to plan nursing care and carry out nursing actions (both independently and collaboratively) to anticipate and prevent worsening of the patients condition

Ensure the availability and completeness of the equipment and medicines needed by and accompany the doctor during the examination to ensure a smooth examination process

Carry out comprehensive educational activities for patients and patient families/companions to ensure the continuity of the patients healing and recovery process

Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of actions and report developments in the patients condition to the doctor

Carry out complete documentation before during and after treatment to be used as a reference for disease history further treatment reference and patient visit statistics

Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities to be used as analysis material by superiors or by other related parties

Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services including attending training collecting data documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

 

 

 

 

 

 


Qualifications :

  • Registered Nursing degree (Ns.)
  • Active STR
  • Have minimum 2 years work experience as a nurse in a hospital. Fresh graduate are welcome
